Botticelli, Veronese, Raphaël...
Yesterday, I went to the Rouen Fine Arts Museum (France) with my Mom, where a number of highly important works from the museums of Florence (Italy) are exhibited (19 May - 3 September 2006).

Mirroring the Age is the name of this wonderful exhibition.

It is composed of 80 paintings, sculptures and objects, linked together by a common theme: the representation of man and his place in the world.

Portrait painting has a central place. Pollaiolo's emblematic Portrait of a Young Woman is one of the masterpiece of the exhibition.
