Celtic Banner SAL

Here I am to talk about my Celtic Banner. With your comments, I know some of you will watch my progress.

I was happy to go back to this design and I was pleased to take my needle to work on it.

I did about 10 cm of the left border, next time, I will work on the right one.

Nevertheless, I may be out of thread soon. I hope my order will arrive soon (but Rosalind told me she was waiting for 2 other threads I ordered to mail my package, so I may not receive it before the end of the month...).

To answer Nicki's question, I'm using a 32 ct Belfast Linen Vintage Light fabric. I'm afraid you can't see it on the picture but the colour of the fabric is not regular. It's a beautiful fabric, very pleasant to work on.

See you next week for our SAL appointment.

Your progress is lovely, but I'm dying of curiosity regarding the snake at the bottom of your post. Is this an original work of art of your own?

Thanks for your comments.

Barbara: no, this design is not of my own, I'm not so talented to do something like that LOL
It's just a lovely design I found on the net...
